Multi-million dollar end of trip makeover

Hawaiian will be providing tenants of Parmelia House high quality end of trip (EOT) and bicycle storage facilities with an extensive upgrade scheduled for 2015.

With the company’s philosophy of connecting people and places, Hawaiian has established itself as a leader within the industry for their approach to tenant relations.

The WA property group engaged with leading design and consulting firm, Woods Bagot earlier this year to design EOT facilities for its two landmark Perth CBD buildings with the brief to create a true lifestyle experience for their tenants, while considering future demands.

“Whilst Parmelia House already offers a level of end of trip and bicycle storage amenities, we want to ensure that we continue to evolve our buildings to cater to our tenants and their lifestyle needs,” said Richard Kilbane, Hawaiian’s General Manager of Development & Commercial.

As part of the upgrades, the existing Parmelia House gym will be relocated and extended, adjoining the new EOT and bike store in the lower ground arcade, which was previously occupied by Adelphi Bar.

Perth based builder, Credentia Construction have been appointed to handle the project with works expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
