6 Weeks to Christmas Fitness Classes : Limited Places Now Available

Hawaiian is proud to offer Collective members at London House and Parmelia House an introductory selection of fitness classes with guest wellness coach Kelly Dalby.  

 
With Christmas creeping up on us, stress levels rising and social functions filling the calendar, it is CRUCIAL that you maintain your physical and mental health. These sessions, are complementary and we encourage you to book in and make the time investment to yourself. There are prizes to be won based on attendance and the support for one another in the sessions, so let's connect with one another whilst improving our own HEALTH + HAPPINESS and ensure we stay sane during the silliest of seasons. 
 
The classes will be taking place in our beautiful Bishop's House Gardens (behind Lamont's) which is just a 250m walk away from both buildings. 
 
Please note that each class has limited numbers due to trainer/student ratio requirements but please register your interest with your concierge should you miss out. There will be further opportunities for joining fitness classes shortly. 
 
SESSIONS ON OFFER:  
 
Bootcamp/Boxing (45 MINS): Sessions incorporate boxing, kettlebells, H.I.I.T. circuits. Suitable for all levels and your trainers will happily modify for client needs. Be prepared to sweat and make progress over the 6 weeks! Bring along water + sweat towel. 
 
Strength + Release (45 MINS): Led by Kelly + Shane: Suitable for all levels, expect non-sweat strength work that focuses on conscious + functional movement. This session also includes 15 minutes of release work using release props. 
 
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to session commencement to sign in and advise your trainer of any injuries/potential modifications you need that day. 
 
HOW TO BOOK:
 
To book into a class, please visit your friendly concierge (Tristan or Niko) at the Concierge Desk between 8am and 4:30pm who will be able to check availability. 
 
If you are unable to attend a class, please inform the concierge team 48 hours before hand so we can offer the space to another Collective member.
